Do you have private party rooms?
Yes we have three decorated private party rooms for you and your guests to enjoy during the final 30 min. of your Happy BirthDayGo party.
How many guests may I invite?
You may invite as many as your Happy BirthDayGo package details; that enables us to plan ahead and maintain proper child to staff ratios.
What if I have more than the guest limit for my party?
You will be charged $10 per extra guest over the BirthDayGo package you choose with the exception of the Super party which is strictly limited to 7 children.
Do we need to let you know the exact number of guests that are attending?
Yes, we will telephone you the evening before your party as a courtesy to you. At that time we will confirm the number of children attending your party and any extra options (ie. pizza, goodie bags, ice cream, party drinks, etc.) that you would like to add for an additional cost.
Are my guests’ parents required to stay on property?
No, a party is different from Play All DayGo where parents are required to stay. The birthday child’s parent(s) need to be on the FunDayGo property during the entire party. Your guests’ parents may choose to stay or leave, that’s up to you.
How about decorations? Can I bring my own?
We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins in your party package. If you would like to bring your own themed paper products, you may do so. We ask that you would mention this to the party attendant when your party is confirmed so that we can plan accordingly. We ask that you do not include silly string, confetti or piñatas in your celebration, thank you very much in advance. This will help you avoid a $25 clean up fee.
Can I bring in my own food?
You may bring your own cake. Other outside food and beverages are not allowed. Please also remember your birthday candles, lighter (no matches, please) and cake knife
Who serves the food?
Your dedicated FunDayGo party attendant will do everything- set up your room, serve food and/or cake, and clean up the party room. It’s your job to sit back & relax! Of course, if you want to help you can.
Do you have Ice Cream?
Yes, we have individual chocolate, vanilla, and birthday-cake flavored ice cream cups. Place your order when making your reservation and/or when your party is confirmed.
Can we serve alcohol to the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our facility. We are a family friendly play arena that proudly serves our guests soda, juice and water.
Deposits and Reservations
A deposit of $75 is required to place your reservation. No checks please. Upon paying the deposit you will receive a FunDayGo party package in the mail (or you have the option of coming by our facility to pick up your party package) which consists of: your deposit receipt and party confirmation, a frequently asked questions sheet, party invitations with r.s.v.p. form and gift thank you notes. If you choose to send out your own invitations, please also include our invitation which includes a S.A.F.E. waiver that must be signed by the child’s parent and brought to the party, in order for them to participate.
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before your party. You will have 60 days to re-book your party otherwise the deposit will be non-refundable.
What time should the party host and guests arrive?
Both the host and the guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time. The 15 minute window allows time for all the guests to check in, meet your designated party attendant and listen to the safety rules prior to entering the play arena.
Does each guest need a separate S.A.F.E. waiver even if they are in the same family?
No. All family members can be on the same S.A.F.E. waiver. We have extras at the arena in the event someone forgets to bring it with him/her.
What else should I bring to my party?
You are required to wear socks so please remember to bring a pair. (We do sell socks for $2/pair in the event someone forgets to bring it with him/her.) Also, please bring your camera and/or video camera to document all the fun! Our designated party attendant will also be glad to take a group shot or two for you.

FunDayGo is located off Irby Street near the Irby Street and Pamplico Hwy intersection. Proceed South on Irby St and turn left onto South Village Blvd (just past Taco Bell). We are located in the blue building clearly marked with big FunDayGo signs. You can’t miss us!
